When working with multiple administrations, the need may arise to use contact details from the main administrations. Contact details can be copied from the main administration as follows:

Make sure that the main administration is the current administration

Navigate to menu Miscellaneous - Preferences - Administrations

In this example we want to copy contact details for sub-administration Sleek paint. From the Administrations overview, we select the relevant administration

We select the details icon, after which the administration data is shown

At the bottom of the page we see Copy data from main administration

Now press the button

The contact details are now copied from the main administration to the sub-administration

We switch to the sub-administration Sleek paint

and we navigate to Contacts - Overview of contacts

Then we see that the contact details have been copied from the main administration.
