It is possible to establish a so-called “Automatic bank connection” within the package. Based on this link, payments and receipts on your bank account are automatically read into the administration, after which you can process them immediately. This saves the more time-consuming process where you have to download bank transactions from the bank portal and then read them within the package.
After you have established the bank link (as described below), changes to your bank account will be automatically entered into your administration.
We use the PSD2 service from Unifiedpost™, which means that there are costs associated with using the automatic bank link, namely €2.50 (excl. VAT) per linked bank account per month.
To use the automatic bank link, proceed as follows:
Via menu Miscellaneous – Financial – Bank accounts
Press [Create bank account] to create a new bank account within the package (of course you can also use a previously entered bank account, then select it and continue with the instructions below)
Enter your details such as IBAN, bank account holder name, Code, Description and Bank and press [Save changes]
Then press [Create consent]
Please realize that you hereby give permission to Unifiedpost's PSD2 service to read your bank transactions within your administration for a period of 90 days. You will have to give this permission again every 90 days!
You will now receive a notification regarding: the costs associated with the use of the automatic link with the relevant bank account. To do this, press [Agree]
Please note: We will create an invoice for the 90-day term for 3x the monthly amount shown, with which you will pay for the use of the service for the full 90-day term in one go. The automatic bank link will be activated immediately after the relevant invoice has been paid. You can find this invoice under menu Miscellaneous - Preferences - My Account, where the invoice can also be paid directly (electronically).
After pressing [Agree], the following options will be shown:
You are now able to withdraw consent or renew consent after the 90-day period.
You will now be automatically redirected to a Unifiedpost page, where the consent is processed from your own bank.
Choose an authorization method, after which you will be redirected to your own bank's internet portal, where your bank will ask you to confirm the link request.
After this, you return to the application and the following message will be shown:
The automatic bank connection has now been established.
