We always use periodic invoices in combination with Subscriptions, so make sure that you have first entered the subscriptions for which you want to have an invoice created periodically.

To create a periodic invoice, we proceed as follows:
From the menu, select – Products – Periodic Invoices – Create Periodic Invoice

We then select the contact, the subscription, the schedule (should the invoice be created monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually or daily), the start date on which the first invoice should be generated and the status with which the periodic invoice should be created.

TIP
If you first want to check whether generated invoices are correct before sending, choose 'Draft'.

Then press the [Create] button

We have now introduced a schedule where the start date for invoicing is October 1, 2022. Yoursminc will regularly check this schedule and carry out periodic invoicing based on this date.

After some time an invoice will have been created

The invoice overview shows the created invoice. If we look at this now, we see the result of the periodic invoicing. Please note that the status of this invoice is 'Draft', exactly as we specified.

After this invoice has been finalized (press Final), the invoice can be sent.
