Yoursminc ondersteunt het beheren van je bankadministratie, waarbij je al je transacties (betalingen en ontvangsten) kunt inlezen en kunt toewijzen aan uitgaven en facturen binnen je administratie.
Navigeer hiervoor naar menu Financieel → Bank → Rekeningoverzicht en druk op
Op de nu getoonde pagina selecteer je de bank waarvan je de banktransacties hebt gedownload en het juiste formaat.
Kies eerst het formaat van het bankbestand welke je hebt gedownload vanaf het internetportaal van je bank en klik in kader om 1 of meerdere bankbestanden van je PC te selecteren. Je kunt eveneens vanaf je desktop bankbestanden naar het kader slepen.
LET OP: Je kunt meerdere bestanden tegelijk inlezen.
Zorg dat je de juiste bank en het formaat hebt geselecteerd en druk vervolgens op
Informeer bij je bank naar welk formaat zij ondersteunen. We zien dat veel van onze gebruikers in België kiezen voor het 'CODA' formaat, hetgeen door veel banken in België wordt ondersteunt. Veel van onze gebruikers in Nederland kiezen voor het MT940 of CAMT53 formaat.
De ervaring leert dat het CAMT53 formaat de meeste informatie bevat m.b.t. de mutaties op je bankrekening, dus als jouw bank dit formaat ondersteunt, verdient het de aanbeveling hiervoor te kiezen.
Overigens, Yoursminc ondersteunt eveneens de mogelijkheid om een koppeling tussen jouw bank(rekening) en jouw administratie te activeren. Dit houdt in dat ontvangsten en betalingen automatisch binnen je administratie worden opgenomen en je dus niet zelf je bankafschriften hoeft in te lezen, hetgeen je tijd bespaard. Houd er wel rekening mee dat er kosten zijn verbonden aan het gebruik van deze automatisch bankkoppeling, dit vanwege het feit dat wij hiervoor gebruik maken van een '3e partij' (Unifiedpost (tm)) welke ons deze kosten in rekening brengen.
Na enige tijd zal het bestand zijn ingelezen en worden de transacties binnen het Rekeningoverzicht getoond.

To do this, navigate to menu Financial → Account Statement and press 
On the page now shown, select the bank from which you downloaded the bank transactions and the correct format.
First choose the format of the bank file that you downloaded from your bank's internet portal and click in the box to select 1 or more bank files from your PC. You can also drag bank files into the frame from your desktop.
NOTE: You can read multiple files at the same time.
Make sure you have selected the correct bank and size and then press 
Ask your bank which format they support. We see that many of our users in Belgium choose the 'CODA' format, which is supported by many banks in Belgium. Many of our users in the Netherlands choose the MT940 or CAMT53 format.
Experience shows that the CAMT53 format contains the most information regarding the changes on your bank account, so if your bank supports this format, it is recommended to choose it.
By the way, Yoursminc also supports the option to activate a link between your bank (account) and your administration. This means that receipts and payments are automatically included in your administration and you do not have to read your bank statements yourself, which saves you time. Please note that there are costs associated with the use of this automatic bank link, due to the fact that we use a '3rd party' (Unifiedpost (tm)) who charge us these costs.
After some time, the file will have been read and the transactions will be shown within the Account Statement.
