If there are multiple administrations available, you can use them as a user, provided you are authorized to do so.
There are two options for authorizing a user to use one or more administrations:
- Via the administration to be authorized
- Via the user to be authorized
We now describe both options.
Authorizing a user from an administration
Log in to the application as a primary user (this is the user who registered for an account)
We now choose Miscellaneous - Preferences - Administrations
We now see an overview of the available administrations
By clicking, we open the relevant administration. We take administration Sleek paint as an example
At the bottom of the page you will find under User authorization, on the left the users who are not yet authorized for this administration and on the right the users who are authorized (Johan Verhoeven in this example).
Now if we want to authorize user Joost Sterk to use this administration, we select it and then click 
To definitively record this authorization, we then press 
User Joost Sterk is now authorized to use the administration
